Good Vibrations 101: Count your Blessings

    May 4, 2020 - By NeP-C Ledesma

Welcome to my first Good Vibrations series of blogs. This time, I’ll be sharing why you should count your blessings. Last year, I blogged about promising to do 5 things that would serve as a motivation for my life in general. These five are very simple, but (quite frankly,) difficult…

Foods that are Best Eaten with Gourmet Unnie Kimchi

    May 1, 2020 - By NeP-C Ledesma

We’re currently at the onset of a pandemic, and what better way to prevent ourselves from getting sick than to keep our immune systems robust? While there are a lot of vitamins and supplements we can rely on, the best way is still to go natural and eat foods that…

How are Filipino Domestic Workers in Hong Kong Coping up with COVID-19?

    April 27, 2020 - By NeP-C Ledesma

The adverse effects of COVID-19 pandemic are already recognizable for most of my readers and for myself, but it doesn’t mean that we have a deep understanding of each of its repercussions to all the people in the world. In Hong Kong, where approximately 210,000 Filipinos are working, there is…

My Formal OOTD to My Cousin’s Wedding

    May 28, 2019 - By NeP-C Ledesma

Hello, guys! I’ve recently attended my cousin’s wedding. I’m really not the type of person who would splurge a lot for a wedding attendance (but I tell you, I have done so, but mostly not by choice). However, I had no dress that is appropriate for the wedding’s motif which…

    Black and Pastel Graciousness

    May 17, 2019 - By NeP-C Ledesma

We all know that black is not really a color–at least that’s what I learned in my Art History class. Apparently, it happens to be backed up by Science. According to this website, Black and White are not considered colors because they don’t have specific wavelengths, unlike other colors. They…

The Only Reason Why We Should Vote (from a Cynic’s Point of View)

    April 22, 2019 - By NeP-C Ledesma

Unrealized expectations. Broken promises. Cheating. Trusting and un-trusting politicians is like realizing you have come to your senses and have come from a bad place–only to have returned again and again. I know that we shouldn’t believe anything on the internet, but at this point in time, especially in the…

Little Actions and Promises I’m Making Today for a Better Tomorrow

    March 5, 2019 - By NeP-C Ledesma

This is the blog diary wherein I am proclaiming to myself, whether someone gets to read this or not, that I will be consistently doing meaningful stuff that will improve my motivation not just in work, but in life in general. If that rings a bell, then maybe you can…

Online Shopping 101: A Checklist on How to Discern which Shops are Trustworthy

    January 29, 2019 - By NeP-C Ledesma

We know that a lot of people, especially the baby boomers (or older) like my parents, are technologically challenged. Many of us millennials and Gen-Xers ridicule them and become impatient with them when it comes to technology. However, there’s this term I would like to coin that deals with people,…

5 Reasons Why I Ditched DIY Sugar Waxing

    November 26, 2018 - By NeP-C Ledesma

When sugar waxing became widespread, many women ditched the razor because using them won’t make us completely get rid of unwanted hair. It may also damage our skin. On the other hand, sugar waxing frequently would make your hair grow less and moisturize your skin. Hence a lot of women…

Had a fun Saturday afternoon, slurping the authentic pho in a hole-in-the-wall place in Malate, then riding the new LRT line the first time, and finally, checking out contemporary art from Asia’s new breed of surreal, pop art, and glasswork artists at the #MoCAF2026 💗💗💗 Thanks to @jexxhinggo for being my Saturday Funday buddy, and @peepaubau, for hooking us up with the MoCAF tickets!💖💖💖 No edits, just the camera.✨ Counting down the top 10 reasons why the new Samsung Galaxy A37 5G is officially the smartest upgrade of the year! 💜✨ Re-watching Wong Kar-Wai’s Happy Together for Pride Month forced me into some serious, painful shadow work. 🫣🎬 It’s easy to point fingers at an ex, but true accountability means admitting when you were the Leslie Cheung/Ho character in the relationship (minus the actual VS model credentials, let’s be real). I looked back at my old blog archives on nepcledesma.com and realized I spent so long being an ingrate while my blessings were just incubating. If you are stuck in a dark place, a creative block, or a never-ending Saturn Return, take this as your sign to just stop and find one tiny thing to be grateful for today. Let’s do it together. Drop one thing you’re thankful for in the comments below, even if it’s just your morning coffee. Let’s shift this energy. 👇✨ #gratitude #mentalhealthmatters #saturnreturn #shadowwork #gentlereminder Love, love, love all the photos I took on my full day at Malagos Garden and Coastal Road, using the new Samsung Galaxy A37 5G!😻 Here’s how I spent my day to night in Davao with the new Galaxy A37 5G! Take a look at my full day of fun and hitting my daily step goals from Malagos Garden to the Coastal Road! The Samsung Galaxy A37 5G is officially here! 😻 A hilltop climb on a whim, a fervent, nostalgic, maudlin conversation with one of my fave people, and stumbling upon an almost hole-in-the-wall coffee shop with a soul music playlist. The 17k steps and physical exhaustion were just a bonus. The night was almost an emotional purge.
